Jason and I made a trade--for me teaching him some Thai food, I decided he should teach me an authentic Mexican dish. Jason served his mission in Oaxaca, Mexico, so he learned to eat some interesting things there. For this dinner though, he made me some chilies verde enchiladas and a jicama salad. It was delicious--and fun to help him make.
